Coaching

As a career and leadership development coach, I support you in navigating professional challenges and deepening your leadership acumen. I coach emerging and experienced professionals alike to hear and trust your own voice, be your own advocate, and lead with emotional intelligence.

For the past decade, my practice has focused on coaching women through career and leadership transitions, and coaching allies to become more inclusive leaders. I am committed to developing leaders who embrace diversity, cultivate inclusion, and view their work through an equity lens for personal and organizational change.

Talent Development

I partner with organizations to design and facilitate talent development opportunities tailored to their organizational culture, strategic priorities, and talent needs. Offerings range from stand-alone sessions, in person and online, to workshop series and cohort-based models related to career and leadership development. I strive to foster a growth mindset that stirs curiosity, empowers learning, and embraces change.

I especially enjoy partnering with organizations to support talent development through employee resource groups (ERGs). I consult on launching ERGs, advise ERG leaders on leveraging their work within the larger organization, and design and facilitate learning opportunities.

Strategic Change

Intentional journeys require strategic, multi-level change, with attention to the structural, cultural, and interpersonal dynamics of your organization. I help leaders understand their starting point to more effectively communicate goals, engage partners, and identify strategic change levers. Together, we design and implement a multi-level change process that facilitates adaptation and accountability. My approach draws on diversity, equity, and inclusion practices throughout our change process, enhancing the success of our specific efforts as well as your overall organizational effectiveness.
