Hello, I’m Paige. Pleased to meet you.

I’ve worn many hats along my journey.

But you could best describe me as an academic-turned-organizational development practitioner. The turning point for me was coaching. After a number of years in the college classroom, I asked myself “What do I love about teaching?” I realized that I was passionate about introducing my students to new ideas and ways of seeing the world, and about watching them grow academically as well as personally. As I nurtured their intellectual curiosity, I helped them learn more about themselves, about who they were, and who they wanted to be — the cornerstone of a coaching practice. I moved my coaching work to another university and expanded my clients to include faculty and staff with a focus on leadership and career development. In this leadership role, coaching became just one aspect of my work to improve gender equity across the university and to operationalize broader diversity and inclusion priorities. Now, as an independent consultant, a coaching approach still guides my strategic change facilitation services for businesses, nonprofits, and higher ed, seen in my commitment to engaging partners in diversity and inclusion change processes, in designing and facilitating meaningful learning and development opportunities, and providing thought partnership to senior leaders. Today, I’m just as passionate about helping you and your organization learn more about where you are, where you want to go, and how to get there.
